Wind through the picturesque sugarcane fields of South Ballina, 40 minutes south of Byron Bay where you will find Sugar Beach Ranch set on a 60 acre property with spectacular ocean views, native bushland and Australian wildlife.

The ranch offers a two-bedroom bungalow and a secluded campsite for self-contained campers. The ranch is also available for retreats, equine therapy, weddings and venue hire.

Sugar Beach Ranch offers a unique picturesque beachfront farm stay experience that is home to many horses, chickens and a peacock. Simply put it’s ‘Nature’s Playground’ and an absolute hidden gem 💎

Wake up to songs of native birds and soothing waves. You can also bring your own horses and enjoy all the property has to offer.

All guests have shared access to the 15m resort-style magnesium pool and direct beach access from the property.

Walk down to the beach for a swim and some sand-scrubbing, take yourself on a bush trail, swim in the 15m resort-style magnesium pool, book in an equine wellbeing session or mindfulness walk with horses, enjoy collecting the chicken eggs in the morning (fun fact: they are blue!) and wave hello to the horses in their paddocks.

Ballina is only 15mins away and Byron Bay is 40mins, but if you would like something a little closer, take a drive (or a beach walk) down to Ballina Beach Nature Resort where they have a cafe.
